Videocardz has shared the Intel Raptor Lake CPU pricing information on Newegg. According to the retailer the Core i9-13900K will be available for $660 USD while the Core i5-13600KF will retail at $309.99 USD. This could mean that we may see a price increase above Alder Lake. Markups will vary from $40 to 70 USD across the line.
Like all leaks it is best to treat this Raptor Lake price leak as a serious matter. Intel's Innovation event is only a few hours away so it's possible that the company's reveal will not match Newegg.
Gaming CPUs are expensive enough that the best options may be quite costly. This could lead to AMD fans choosing AMD over other options. The $699 USD price tag for the Ryzen 9 7950X, the world-record breaking Ryzen 9, will not mean that the red team's offer will be less expensive. Although Raptor Lake may pack less punch, the higher price could hinder its chances against Ryzen 7700 rivals on the battlefield.
